PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

As an IT, Network, and Cybersecurity Leader & Advisorwith over 15 years of international experience, I have led the design, implementation, and management of complex IT, Operational Technology (OT), and Cybersecurity initiatives across multiple industries.

I hold a Master's Degree in Information Technology, a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, and an Executive Certificate in Cyber Security from Harvard University. I am currently pursuing Postgraduate Studies in Covert Action, HUMINT, and the Psychology of Intelligence Elicitation at the University of Buckingham.

As the founder of Nane Teknoloji (Nane Technology), I provide Strategic Cybersecurity Consulting with a particular focus on OT/ICS Security, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Red Teaming, vCISO Services, AI Security, Cybersecurity Governance and Cybersecurity Solutions Integration.

I am also a Certified Member of the Association of Internet Research Specialists (AOFIRS), which provides professional education, resources, and methodologies in online research, web intelligence, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), as well as a Certified Member of Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square, a professional community focused on leadership development, executive education, knowledge sharing, and global professional networking.

RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS

Alongside my professional career, I pursue academic studies and conduct independent research in Security Studies, Intelligence and Counterintelligence, HUMINT, Strategic Intelligence, Cyber Espionage and Warfare, Critical Infrastructure Security, and Artificial Intelligence.

My research and publications examine the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, intelligence and counterintelligence, critical infrastructure, geopolitics, and emerging security environments, combining technical, strategic, behavioural, and organizational perspectives.

My current independent research focuses particularly on Machine-to-Machine Intelligence (M2MINT™), a conceptual framework I have proposed for examining intelligence and counterintelligence relationships among autonomous and semi-autonomous artificial agents.

​

Within this framework, AI systems may function not only as intelligence tools, but also as intelligence actors and intelligence targets. Unlike conventional Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, which primarily concerns connectivity and data exchange, M2MINT™ examines how artificial agents may observe, probe, profile, model, predict, and adapt to other artificial agents for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes.

My related research explores concepts including Machine Espionage, Machine Counterintelligence (MCI), Autonomous Intelligence Competition (AIC), Machine Intelligence Target Surface (MITS), and the Behavioural Intelligence Model (BIM).
